PostHeaderIcon Any Food is My Comfort Food

Like I said the other day, I will settle for the best weight loss supplement in the market, just to take away my food! Bowl As a blogger who blogs until the wee hours of dawn, eating rice with viand (I prefer pork dishes) or munching on chocolates and ice cream are the only thing that makes me complain less of the pressure I am getting in life. In Love It seems that almost any food is my comfort food!

How about you? Would you give up your favorite foods for the sake of diet? Question

PostHeaderIcon Suggestions Anyone?

As I said in my post yesterday, I am still experiencing occasional acne breakouts. So, I decided to buy some acne treatment that can help me with it. My friend recommended phisoderm to me. I am not sure if it’s effective but she said I should check it out and I did. I search for it over the internet and found out that it’s only available ay Rite Aide, DR. Duane Reade Inc., WalMart, Safeway, Albertson and drugstore.com. Thus meaning, it is not available here in our place!

Anyway, do you have any other suggestions wherein I can easily buy at Mercury or Watsons?

PostHeaderIcon Not My Food!

Going on a diet is one of the things in life that I considered most dreadful thing to do! Why? Because I simply love food! I would rather die if I can’t be allowed to eat plenty of rice, chocolates, ice cream, hotdogs and many more in my weekly diet. I can’t even pass a day without drinking coke!

So, I guess that is the reason that dieting can’t be allowed in my life. I wanna lose my tummy weight but not the foods I love. I can hit the gym or settle for the most effective diet pills but not cutting the amount of food I want to eat.

That’s just it! I want to try other things to lose weight but not my food. Please. Grin

Have you experienced having adult acne breakout?

Well, as for me, I already considered myself as an adult when I got married at the young age of 20. I believed that when I got married and gave to my first child, I was automatically converted to a full pledge adult.

But I didn’t get my acne breakout at 20; I had it when I was 28. That is when I started blogging and stayed up all night. Not to mention, I was still working fulltime from 9am to 7pm when I started blogging. And I guess it was the reason I had an adult acne breakout. It was a disaster! My face looked like a farm field of zits.

Anyway, when I decided to resign from work, I was able to sleep during day time which contributed some rest to me. Now, I am still having some acne appearances but not the usual breakout just like before!
