Weight Loss Success Stories: Are They True?

Obesity is one major problem that most people often worry about. Getting obese may be due to several reasons but some of them may be due to lifestyle, culture, diet, and lack of exercise, among others. Weight loss pills and other supplements are available over the counter and many have been tempted to try them but with less success.

We can hear and read various weight loss success stories everywhere but we are not really sure if they prove to be true. Some may be factual, while others have only raised curiosity. IF we decide to believe these stories, just keep this simple reminder: Always be vigilant and careful with the type of medicines you take in for it may pose harm to our health.

Control Cravings

When I was younger, I don’t have a problem when I eat too much because I don’t have a problem in gaining weight. Then when I started working, I have a philosophy that if I work hard then I should eat whatever I want. Sadly, after giving birth to my third child, I started gaining weight so rapidly. That is why I am contemplating of taking appetite suppressants. I think I should take it to control my cravings and eat less.

Anyway, do you think this is a good thing to do?

Scams on Weight Loss Supplements

Because many people wanted to lose weight (just like me), they will do anything just to achieve their ideal weight. So they end up buying all kinds of weight loss supplements and gadgets just to lose weight.

I am not really sure if it’s true but they say there is also a scam when it comes to weight loss supplements just like apidexin scam. Anyway, I haven’t read that apidexin was banned from the market but all I know it is still available and many are buying it. And some say they are effective.

So all I hope that this is not true. It would be very bad for the consumers if they fall into scams instead of the weight they want.

On Hydroxycut Hardcore

Remember the insurance quotes my land lord’s mother in law presented to me? Well, I was really interested to avail it but since its price does not fit my budget, I had to say no to her. But I have found a better alternative, an affordable forced savings plan that requires me to save 500 pesos for 5 years. If you compute the returns, it is much bigger compared to bank interests. The best thing about it, I can’t withdraw it!!!

Skin Allergies

My daughter right now is suffering from a skin allergy. I don’t where she got it since my two other children doesn’t have it. Now, it worries me because it’s spreading all over her body and I started thinking of buying her an allergy bedding to prevent more irritation.

Anyway, since I am bringing my baby to the doctor this coming Tuesday for check up, I am going to bring her too. I will let the doctor check out her skin allergies and get rid of it before the school year starts.

Best Time to Buy a House and Lot

They say that the only benefit we have when there is an economic recession is cheap real estate properties. They say buying a house and lot during recession is the smartest thing to do because they are all sold cheap.

As for me, I really don’t know since I haven’t bought my own house and lot. But what I do know, there are a lot of houses and properties that are sold at this moment like the Outer banks foreclosures.

Anyway, if I have the money just to pay for down payment, I would have gotten myself a house and lot package at any of the subdivision here at our place. One of my dreams in life is to have a house of my own!!
