Healthy Me in 2012

For sure, so many people have their new year’s resolutions list ready at this time of the year. I mean if they are not written, at least it is being thought about. To be honest, one of the things that I really want to pursue next year would be maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It is something most people would have in their lists, for sure… but how does one achieve it actually?

Getting enough hours of sleep, eating the right kind of food at the right time and no soda would top the things to do, but they seem to be the hardest! I could not blame some people who are too frustrated about their weights to resort to weight loss pills that work!
