Do you have problems sleeping at night? If you do, here are some things that you can do before going to sleep to help yourself feel sleepy:
1. Do a strenuous exercise.
2. Get a warm bath.
3. Drink hot milk.
4. Relax in bed and make your mind go blank.
5. Playing soothing music can also help relax.

And if this doesn’t work for you, I suggest that you can either count jumping sheep in your mind until you doze off or go to the doctor and have yourself prescribed with the best sleep aid.
